RV Rental Rules

• RV must be rented for a minimum of 4 days from pickup to return in Menlo Park, California.
  • Rental period begins the morning of pickup on day 1
  • Rental period ends the afternoon of drop off on final day
• Rentals must be round trip.
• Rental destinations are limited to California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada.
• Diesel fuel is not included.
• Smoking is prohibited in and around the RV at all times.
• Driver must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• RV destinations are subject to approval. No operated in freezing or extreme weather conditions.
• No Burning Man trips allowed.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Mileage is limited to an average of 100 miles per day.
  • Additional miles are charged at $1.50 per mile over 100 miles per day.

This Coachmen Galleria 24Q sleeps 2 comfortably, and has 7 seatbelts- 4 captain chairs in the front and 3 seats along the couch in the back of the house.

RV Rental Payment Details

• Reservation payments are non-refundable and reservation dates are non-changeable.
  • 50% reservation payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 
  • The 2nd 50% reservation payment is charged 30 days out and is non-refundable.
  • A 100% payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made within 30 days and is non-refundable.
• We suggest you purchase Travel Insurance when renting with us. As there are no refunds on reservations, purchasing travel insurance is your option in the event you cannot completeyour scheduled RV travel.
• Security Deposit: One week before your trip, we process a $2,500 security deposit. The deposit is returned in full once the vehicle is returned, undamaged.

Vehicle insurance:

• Comprehensive Collision Coverage is included with your rental. In the event of a claim, you must pay the $2,000 deductible for any claim.

Travel Insurance: 

• Trip cancellation insurance and primary emergency medical coverage is not included. We suggest purchasing travel insurance through Travmark or AMSkier. but is available through Allianz Travel Insurance (guests from outside the United States click here). Purchasing travel insurance is recommended when you book with us, in case you have to cancel your reservation or your trip is interrupted. Your reservation cannot be cancelled or changed. There are no refunds. Travel insurance is your only course of action in the event you cannot go on your scheduled trip or if it gets cut short.
